DONE with cheese mold!

In December I made a nice little wheel of Colby cheese to try out my new vacuum sealer. Previously I had dealt with mold issues, and I am happy to say that after two months, I only had a few spots of mold on my cheese.

I took off the plastic, and the mold wiped right off. No weird odors or funny colors.

AND the cheese tasted great! It was nice and moist, too.
